About this role

What you will do:

Perform laboratory experiments, conduct data analysis and interpret results to create new concepts.
Apply Culinary skills in a laboratory setting to develop texture-forward solutions tailored for the Foodservice market.
Work cross functionally with Marketing and Applications, and Technical Services to scope out project work, define customers, and align solutions to customer needs.
Coordinate, summarize and report data generated from these experiments to make recommendations for technical solutions.
Present project findings to Foodservice and Culinology Leadership in a capstone presentation, showcasing innovation outcomes and business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Global Culinology and Foodservice teams to create the 2027 Texture and Trend Report
