Your Team, Your Impact
In this role, you'll be a strategic driver of global compensation programs, leading key projects from inception to completion and ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives and timelines. You will serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the annual focal review cycle, owning the end-to-end process from planning through execution and close. Beyond project leadership, you will play a critical role in developing, building, and maintaining global compensation analytics tools that empower the broader HR and compensation team with accurate, actionable data, while also driving the identification and implementation
