Global Client Partner
To be responsible for owning and expanding the end-to-end relationship with a large/strategic global client. The role serves as the single point of accountability for client success, driving multi-country revenue growth, delivery excellence and long-term strategic alignment between client global business priorities and our services portfolios.
Global Client Partner – CP with an account size of 50M+
Key Responsibilities

- Own the overall client relationship across all geographies, service lines and business units

- Act as the strategic advisor to the clients CIO/CTO/CFO/Business Heads

- Build and sustain HCL’s position as a preferred global partner

- Drive global revenue expansion by identifying opportunities across regions, industry and service offering

- Anticipate client’s evolving needs and proactively introduce innovation, digital transformation and new models

- Chair global governance boards to track performance, transform outcomes and innovation initiatives

- Represent the company in client forums and industry events

- Provide thought leadership to the client on emerging technologies and industry trends

- Lead a global account team including Account managers, Client Directors and Support functions
