Job title: Global Change Manager - Digital
About the Role
Nutreco is seeking a Global Change Manager - Digital to equip the Digital organisation with the skills, confidence and mindset to drive transformation across global initiatives. You will lead structured change management, accelerate adoption of digital solutions, and collaborate with Digital, HR and business leaders to redesign roles and ways of working while ensuring changes are embedded and sustained.
What You'll Do
- Activate the digital operating model by building a high‑performing, empowered team culture and leading structured change management across global initiatives.
- Equip teams with the skills and capabilities needed to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions.
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, and align stakeholder engagement and communications across global and local teams.
- Advise, challenge and coach senior leaders in Digital, HR and the business to redesign roles, skills and ways of working with strong attention to the people side of change.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital MT and HR colleagues to design, adapt and implement a practical change roadmap that maximises buy‑in and minimises disruption.
- Track and report progress, risks, KPIs and success metrics, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained over time.
- Share best practices, develop fit‑for‑purpose tools, support localisation, and build organisational change capability by enabling leaders to confidently lead change.
What We're Looking For
- You are an experienced change professional who is ready to Own this role with confidence and empathy.
- You bring:
- A Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in change management, including complex digital transformations.
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci certification preferred).
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence, challenge, and support senior leaders across cultures.
