About the Role Global Category Manager for IT Software & Hardware will lead the long-term category roadmap for IT spend across Roche Diagnostics Instruments. You will develop strategies, manage tier-one providers, and translate objectives into bottom-line value while working with a global procurement organization. What You'll Do
- Develop and formalize a global Category Strategy and initiative pipeline aligned with business goals.
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations with strategic IT suppliers; manage contractual frameworks.
- Manage supplier ecosystems, establish development and innovation programs, monitor value targets and risks.
- Create and maintain category guidance documents to translate strategy into actionable content for procurement and business users.
