• JOB PURPOSE 本岗位的目的

• 负责仓库原料的日常操作与管理，包括接收、入库、备料、出库、盘点等环节，确保生产所需物料的及时、准确、合规供应，并持续维护工作区域的整洁与规范。

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 主要工作职责

• 原料接收、入库及退换货处理：接收来料原料，完成实物入库，并在SAP系统中进行收货操作；对不合格原料或需退换货物料进行识别、隔离、系统退货处理，并协调相关部门完成退换货流程。

• 标识与送检：对新到原料进行登记、抽样送检，打印并粘贴对应标签，按规范整理归位。

• 生产供料保障：定时巡查连接机台的原料储料情况，及时更换或补充，确保生产连续。

• 物料上架与存储：根据预先确定的顺序（如尺寸、类型、物料），将物料放置到高层货架、一般货架或指定库位。

• 生产供料与备料：定时巡查连接机台的原料储料情况，及时更换或补充，确保生产连续；根据生产订单，提前拣配并准备生产所需原料；使用普通叉车、手拉叉车、人上行登高叉车或其他设备，将物料转移至指定区域，并与相关区域人员完成交接。

• 外仓管理：负责外仓原料的调拨、库存协调与日常管理。

• 原料分包：按需进行原料的分包作业，确保分包的物料、数量、批次准确无误。

• 库存盘点：协助参与定期盘点和循环盘点，确保实物盘点准确并做好记录，提供给系统操作员录入；保证库存账实一致。

• 过期原料重检取样与整理：对临近或已过保质期的原料按制度进行隔离、重检取样，并整理归位或申请报废，确保库存质量状态清晰。

• 整桶包装加料：按照标准作业指导书（SOP）执行整桶包装原料的加料操作，确保加料准确。

• 5S 现场管理：负责仓库责任区域的5S工作，保持作业环境整洁有序。

• 设备与设施点检及维护：按计划对叉车、货架、储料设备、冷暖库及负责区域温湿度等进行日常点检，发现异常及时上报并记录；日常工作中正确使用各类仓库设备，确保其处于良好状态。

• EHS与合规操作：严格按照SOP和工作场所安全准则进行操作，确保自己及他人安全；严格遵守公司EHS规定、各项规章制度及个人卫生制度，在工作中养成良好的操作规范。

• 其他支持工作：协助仓库其他事务，完成上级安排的其他工作任务，并根据需要支持发货、工程等相关部门。

• QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 资质与经验

• 学历：高中或中专及以上，具备基础电脑操作能力。

• 工作经验：3~5年仓库操作经验，持有叉车驾驶证优先。

• 职业素养：踏实肯干，责任心强，服从工作安排，正直守信。

• 团队意识：具有团队合作精神，并愿意在公司内部学习和发展自己。

• 环境适应：能适应有较明显气味的工作环境。
