• 1. Project Background

• Currently, our site is fully promoting the digital management of on-the-job skills and competency management via the Poka system.

• The Skill Matrix is a core module of Poka, which records, tracks and manages all employees’ job skills, post qualifications, training records and competency status.

• At present, we have completed the basic sorting and framework setup of the Skill Matrix.

• However, we are facing heavy workload in system entry, post matching, staff information verification, departmental coordination and on-site promotion.

• To ensure the project is rolled out smoothly, accurately and on schedule, we need an intern support to assist with the repetitive and clerical work.

• 2. Work Purpose

• Accelerate the full rollout of the Poka Skill Matrix across all departments;

• Ensure complete, accurate and standardized system data entry & verification;

• Assist in coordinating with each team to collect, sort and update staff skill information;

• Support follow-up daily maintenance, staff inquiry and partial system training work for the Skill Matrix.

• 3. Required Major & Competency

• Preferred Majors: Engineering(IE, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.), HR or production Management, Administration, Logistics, Computer-related majors

• Basic requirements: Familiar with Office software (Excel/Word etc.), good English level, careful & responsible, good communication skill, able to cooperate with cross-department teams.

• 4. Main Work Content

• Collect, sort and organize employee skill list, post information and training records from each department;

• Complete data entry, data check and error correction in Poka Skill Matrix system;

• Follow up with each team leader to confirm personnel competency information;

• Assist in sorting relevant documents, making statistical tables and tracking project progress;

• Support on-site promotion and simple guidance for employees using the Skill Matrix.

• Other related tasks assigned by superior.
