- Seguridad y Salud: Cumplir y hacer cumplir a los clientes cuando estén en instalaciones de Holcim, los estándares de seguridad del Grupo y la normativa vigente, siendo referente en materia de seguridad ante cualquier interlocutor. Además, detecta irregularidades, en obras que representen un riesgo para la seguridad o salud de empleados y/o contratas, las reportar a su jefe directo e incluso detenerlas si suponen un riesgo inminente o elevado.
