What You'll Do
- Gestión diaria de la red pericial de Siniestros diversos.
- Seguimiento y análisis de KPIs operativos y de calidad.
- Liderazgo y desarrollo del equipo asignado.
- Identificación y resolución de incidencias operativas, estableciendo planes de acción cuando sea necesario.
