What You Will Do Here:
- Lead the execution of civil works and the launch of underpasses for a major project
- Ensure strict adherence to budget, schedule and profit margins
- Oversee project management teams and foster technical collaboration
- Manage strategic relationships with the client, partners and subcontractors
- Identify critical risks related to complex structures and implement mitigation plans
- Guarantee the application of the highest quality and safety standards on-site
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven experience leading major large-scale infrastructure projects (multi-billion dollar)
- Strong expertise in civil engineering, specifically in complex structures or underpass construction
- Mandatory experience working within a general contractor in civil construction
- Proven leadership in mobilizing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate high-visibility technical and contractual contexts
A strong command of English is essential due to ongoing collaboration with the Toronto head office, while French proficiency is necessary to effectively serve and support French-speaking teams in Quebec.
