About this role
You will be responsible for configuring and providing TCE and layout plans for more than fifty tertiary buildings, ensuring compliance with client charters: provision of plans for information or modification by manufacturers. Receiving modified plans subject to several verifications: providing plans to the Project Manager for an initial technical check. Compliance check against specifications and documentary charters by the plan manager after technical validation by the Project Manager. Tracking non-conformities detected. Validation and integration of applicable plans into the client database. Interface and coordination: daily collaboration with Works and Exploitation services teams and with manufacturers. Assistance and advice to users for creation or modification of plans.
Profil: Technical training (BTS/DUT/Licence pro in civil engineering, CAD, document management or equivalent). Experience in CAD and technical document management. Knowledge of industrial or construction environments. Appetite for technical monitoring and continuous improvement. Mastery of AutoCAD and ability to produce plans is an added asset, in addition to control and configuration activities.
