What you’ll do

Manage and verify supplier invoices

Process invoices and payments in SAP

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

Prepare payment proposals and support reporting activities

Identify and solve invoice and payment-related issues

Communicate with vendors in German and English
-
Support the team across different Accounts Payable processes

What we’re looking for
-
Intermediate German (mainly needed in writing) and intermediate English
-
Secondary education, preferably in Finance or Economics
-
AP, accounting or finance experience is an advantage, but not a must
-
Confident Excel skills

SAP knowledge is a plus
-
Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
-
You are accurate, proactive and comfortable working independently
