Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-quality German audio samples to support AI model development.
• Annotate speech data, ensuring precise linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
• Contribute to the design and execution of speech data collection workflows.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to enhance language understanding and pronunciation.
• Work collaboratively with the customer's team to maintain consistency and excellence across all tasks.
• Apply your knowledge of German phonetics and pronunciation in all aspects of the workflow.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver insights and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Main qualification: Native fluency in German and deep familiarity with regional accents and nuances.
• Proficiency in annotation, and speech data collection processes.
• Understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and linguistic principles.
• Previous experience in audio recording, such as voice acting, audio engineering, podcasting, or communications, is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with AI projects or training data annotation tools.
• Background in linguistics, audio engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in feedback and quality assessment of audio or language data.
