Objetivo: Asegurar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y rentabilidad de los activos vehiculares de su región, actuando como el enlace estratégico que supervisa la operación de los talleres regionales, para garantizar el control administrativo e inventarios del puesto.
Actividades: Dirigir la operación diaria de los talleres regionales, controla el presupuesto asignado, evalúa el desempeño de coordinadores y supervisores, y monitorea los indicadores clave (KPIs). Supervisar la ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las unidades dentro de su zona geográfica. Administrar y optimizar el presupuesto financiero regional asignado a mantenimiento, y supervisa la adquisición de refacciones, neumáticos y servicios externos.
