Job title: Gerente del City Center

About the Role Cosentino is seeking a City Center Manager for Mallorca to lead our City Center operations, manage a portfolio of design professional accounts, build a local partner network, and drive profitable growth through high-quality leads and strong team leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of residential interior designer accounts and develop relationships with architects and key designers in the area
  • Manage key accounts: planning, visits, relationship development, sales, etc.
  • Identify opportunities and drive them to close; lead and motivate the design team to increase sales and brand recognition
  • Accelerate brand recognition through effective positioning, product training, and differentiation
  • Manage relationships via showroom visits outside the showroom and generate sales against targets
  • Develop business strategies, align the City Center team, and monitor competition; maximize synergy between opportunities and promotions
  • Capture market trends through events and seminars; represent the brand in associations and universities; co-promote regionally with corporate coordination including in-store displays and samples
  • Improve efficiency, service levels, and lead community initiatives; plan events with the City Center team; manage budgets and P&L; analyze ROI and ensure policy-compliant execution

What We're Looking For

  • More than 5 years of sales experience in the construction or technical sector
  • More than 5 years of knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers
  • More than 3 years managing small teams
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales reports (sales, expenses, visits) and understand the sales cycle in the sector
  • Experience managing teams, marketing, customer service, and commercial operations; knowledge of the construction sector
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other order management systems
  • Desired: deep sector knowledge
  • Educational background: university degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • Key skills: sales-driven, excellent verbal and written communication, ability to interact with all levels, event organization for architects/designers, closing skills, ability to interpret financial statements, inspirational and creative with trend vision, proactive and customer-oriented
