GERENTE DE TRANSFORMACION – DESARROLLADOR DE IA

Lidera iniciativas de transformación digital con inteligencia artificial en servicios financieros, diseñando soluciones escalables, automatización y mejora continua con enfoque estratégico.

Principales tareas y responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de IA y automatización para procesos financieros.

  • Coordinar proyectos de transformación digital con equipos multidisciplinarios.

  • Analizar datos, identificar oportunidades de eficiencia y proponer mejoras.

  • Supervisar el ciclo de desarrollo, pruebas y despliegue de modelos (Conocer el proceso de harnes, LLM, MCP, RAG, Entorno agentico, vertex, vortex, claude code, open router, open IA).

  • Asegurar cumplimiento, seguridad de la información y tecnologías de seguridad.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en inteligencia artificial, machine learning y desarrollo de software.
