• Responsável pelo planejamento, coordenação e controle das linhas de fabricação de produtos, visando atender as necessidades quantitativas do mercado;
• Assegurar o cumprimento dos níveis de fabricação de produtos para atender as necessidades quantitativas e manter mínimos os custos de produção e os padrões de qualidade determinados;
• Assegurar, nas diversas áreas de fabricação, a melhor utilização da mão de obra disponível, a otimização da capacidade produtiva e a minimização das perdas de tempo e material, através de análises e acompanhamentos dos indicadores.
