About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Gerente de Operaciones to evaluate requirements for new products and services within the acquiring area, determine initial viability and impacts, and coordinate prioritization, definition, and implementation to ensure successful production deployment. You will also provide support to user areas during monitoring of the new product or service, addressing incidents and ensuring smooth operation. What You'll Do
- Analyze requirements to determine viability, operational impacts, operational capacity, and budget impact.
- Plan and manage activities for product/service changes, directing the appropriate team for development.
- Ensure third-party participation (Visa, Mastercard, Prosa, EGlobal, or others) in the development of new products/services.
- Negotiate Service Level Agreements with providers or other areas for operational support of new products/services.
- Ensure generation of inputs for testing or production certification during development.
- Communicate relevant daily operational events related to the development of new products/services.
- Collaborate on productive testing at the moment of release to avoid customer or service impact.
- Monitor and follow up on incidents during the Production Monitoring phase. What We're Looking For

- Experience: 2 años.
- Areas of experience: Operaciones Adquirente, administración de proyectos.
- Required knowledge: Operativas Adquirente, operativa con Visa, operativa con Prosa, operativa con EGlobal, uso de Project.
- Language: Inglés básico.
