GERENTE DE MANTENIMIENTO
Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo Panama - GERENTE DE MANTENIMIENTO
Supervisar las actividades de los contratistas y validar que se realicen según los estándares en el tiempo estipulado por el Chief Engineer. Planificar estrategias con el Chief Engineer y los Supervisores para mejorar el rendimiento del Departamento, el alcance y calidad de los trabajos. Organizar y supervisar al personal de Mantenimiento para cumplir con las tareas de mantenimiento, garantizando el cumplimiento de los mismos según los estándares del hotel. Realizar inspecciones periódicas en las áreas del hotel para detectar fallas en los estándares relacionados a Mantenimiento. Apoyar a los embajadores bajo su cargo en las tareas pertinentes. Asistir al Chief Engineer en todo lo relacionado a horarios y acciones disciplinarias. Apoyar al Coordinador en el registro de tareas completadas en la plataforma Alice.
Qualifications

Experiencia profesional en ingeniería y mantenimiento o afines (Preferiblemente).

Liderazgo y habilidades para desarrollar a otros (Indispensables).

Gestión de proyectos y conocimiento de materiales, capacidad para operar, mantener, limpiar y almacenar diferentes tipos de herramientas (Preferiblemente).

Conocimiento de las tareas y procedimientos de limpieza general y mantenimiento preventivo del inmueble y acabados (Indispensables).
