About this role
Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Business Unit Operations para liderar a equipe de Business Partners das Business Units das BUs, garantindo excelência na gestão de planejamento, forecast, governança comercial e suporte estratégico à tomada de decisão.
Essa posição será responsável por desenvolver e direcionar um time de Business Partners que atua junto às lideranças das BUs, promovendo uma atuação consultiva, orientada por dados e focada em aumentar a previsibilidade dos resultados do negócio.
O(a) gerente também será responsável por evoluir os processos da área, estabelecer padrões de governança e atuar como parceiro estratégico da liderança de GTM e das Business Units.
