About the Role The New York Genome Center seeks exceptional Genomic AI Fellows to join a high-impact initiative transforming diagnosis, prevention, and treatment through predictive genomic AI. The fellowship provides early-career scientists with resources to develop next-generation Foundation Models for the human genome and to collaborate across data generators, computational experts, and geneticists. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with data generators, computational experts, and geneticists to build models that predict how genetic variation influences cellular behavior and human health.
- Leverage NYGC’s proprietary datasets, including single-cell multiomics and large-scale genetic perturbation data, to tackle challenges such as mapping the regulatory landscape, decoding distal regulation, and predicting clinical trajectories from whole-genome sequencing data.
