Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled software engineer to deliver complex self-service solutions for the contact center using Genesys technologies. This role involves the development, testing, and support of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications in a cloud environment. The successful candidate will ensure that system designs and solutions align with strategic business outcomes while maintaining high standards for coding and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex self-service solutions using Genesys IVR technologies.

• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust contact center applications.

• Ensure system designs align with specified business outcomes and organizational technology standards.

• Perform hands-on software development and programming tasks for IVR platforms.

• Support the deployment and testing of applications in cloud environments.

• Implement best practices for software development, coding quality, and version control.

• Required Qualifications

• Experience: Candidates must possess extensive experience in software development with multiple full-lifecycle implementations. Significant technical depth in Genesys IVR frameworks and speech-enabled IVR systems is necessary for this role.

• Technical

Skills

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and the Eclipse SDK is required. Experience utilizing CoPilot and standard Genesys development tools is essential.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with deploying contact center solutions in private or public cloud environments.

• Experience building and deploying applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or OpenShift platforms.
