- Bachelor's degree preferred; strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Native English fluency.
- Strong critical reading skills and ability to identify nuance, implicit meaning, and gaps in reasoning.
- Ability to write clear, precise, and well-evidenced written rationales.
- Consistent, honest judgment and the ability to give critical assessments when warranted.
- Strict attention to detail and accurate application of structured evaluation guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed task guidelines. Compensation & Benefits
- $70 per hour, contract, fully remote.
- Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Independent contractor arrangement. Mercor states it cannot sponsor H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
