About the Role The Arora Group is seeking a General Surgeon to support the U.S. Navy by commissioning as a naval officer with rank assigned based on your experience. This role offers mission-driven outpatient care with a strong work–life balance and significant sign-on bonuses for FY26 across four- and three-year commitments.

- Flexible to assignments across U.S. Navy locations as available.
Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-on bonus opportunities for FY26: $700,000 for a four-year commitment and $393,755 for a three-year commitment.
