- Provide outpatient primary care to service members, retirees, and military families in a stable, team-oriented environment with a mission focus.
- Practice high-quality outpatient care with strong clinical and administrative support.
- Collaborate with Navy facilities nationwide; assignments may be offered across multiple U.S. Navy locations.

- General Surgeon with rank assigned based on experience, commissioning as a naval officer.
- Willingness to serve in Navy medical facilities across the United States.

- Interest in opportunities for international travel as part of assignments. Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-on bonus opportunities for FY26: $700,000 for a four-year commitment and $393,755 for a three-year commitment.
