What You'll Do

  • Provide outpatient primary care to service members, retirees, and military families in a stable, team-oriented environment.
  • Practice high-quality outpatient medicine in state-of-the-art Navy medical facilities with strong clinical and administrative support.
  • Work within a mission-focused Navy healthcare team and be available for assignments across U.S. Navy locations based on availability and operational need.

What We're Looking For

  • General Surgeon with ability to provide outpatient primary care in a Navy setting.
  • Willingness to commission as a naval officer; rank assigned based on experience.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, mission-driven team and deliver high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Sign-on bonus opportunities for FY26: $700,000 for a four-year commitment and $393,755 for a three-year commitment.
