About this role
The Hoxton Bengaluru City is looking for a General Purpose Technician in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our property by performing fault repairs and maintenance across a range of areas, including equipment, plumbing, furniture and lighting. You will also carry out general tasks such as connecting equipment, lighting installation, and fitting locks and hinges, and you will conduct periodic maintenance and installation work. You will be responsible for accurate control of the work you undertake as well as keeping your workspace and equipment organized and secure.
Responsibilities
- Fault repair and maintenance of equipment, plumbing, furniture and lighting
- Perform general tasks such as connecting equipment, lighting installation, and installing locks and hinges
- Conduct periodic maintenance
- Carry out installation work
- Maintain accurate control of your work, workspace, and equipment
Requirements
- Building maintenance experience
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
