Job title: General Production
General Production role at Bachoco USA's Albertville Plant I on the 1st shift. You will perform general production tasks, set up tear down work stations, and ensure safe and sanitary operations; the role may require lifting heavy objects and regular lifting up to 75 pounds. This is a safety-sensitive position and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
What You'll Do
- Set up tear down work stations on the production line
- Arrange, sort and grade materials on the belt
- Make, pack, weigh and label boxes while maintaining a safe and sanitary work area
- Clean floors
- Production workers are required to stand and reach with hands and/or arms
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
- This is a safety sensitive position
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform general production work and lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and reach with hands/arms
- Willingness to work the 1st shift (6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) at the Albertville Plant
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $13.75 per hour
- Incentives: $1/hour weekly attendance incentive and $1/hour night shift premium
