About the Role Dana Incorporated is looking for a General Operating Assistant to support operating activities in Tlalnepantla, Mexico State. The role focuses on machining and assembly tasks with emphasis on quality, safety, and adherence to line standards. What You'll Do
- Perform material washing, inspection, leak testing, quality defect review, and raw material evaluation
- Ensure compliance with line standards; load/unload conveyors and machines as required
- Fill out inspection records and follow work instructions
- Maintain safety rules and participate in teamwork
- Support basic operations knowledge (math, 5's methodology, machining parts, control plan management) as desirable What We're Looking For
- High School diploma (minimum)
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Technical: basic math, 5's methodology, machining parts, control plan management (desirable)
- Non-Technical: teamwork, commitment, responsibility, quality focus Nice to Have
