Job Description
- Lead the hotel's overall operations, commercial performance and service standards while building an effective team and delivering a consistently positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, finance, purchasing, maintenance and security operations.
- Develop operating plans, budgets and strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, cost control and profitability.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve escalated service issues promptly.
- Recruit, coach and manage departmental leaders and monitor team performance.
- Ensure effective financial controls, asset protection, health and safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Build corporate and local business relationships and coordinate sales and marketing activities.
- Provide regular operational and financial performance reports to the hotel's owners or management.
Requirements

BSc or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of hotel or hospitality experience, including at least 3 years in a senior hotel management role.

Proven ability to lead hotel departments, manage budgets and improve guest service and business performance.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management and financial controls.

Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with hotel property management systems and ability to work flexible hours as operations require.
