About the Role
In this role, you will set the tone for the store team and help bring our brand to life for our customers and employees. Your leadership role is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth across all aspects of the store, including customer and product operations, visual presentation, and talent development. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your purpose is to teach others and foster behaviors that cultivate a high-performing team that meets or exceeds goals.
What You Do
- Recruit, hire, and develop people to drive a culture of high performance and engagement
- Be accountable for team performance by providing coaching, guidance, and meaningful feedback to build capabilities
- Support customer-focused strategies and processes to generate results, drive store sales, and maximize efficiency and productivity
- Represent the brand and understand the competitive and retail landscape
- Promote community engagement
- Adapt team priorities to meet the needs of both customers and business partners
- Provide frontline supervision to an operations, service, or administrative team
