Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Management or a related discipline.
- Professional hospitality qualification and/or an MBA is advantageous.
- Typically 10–15 years' experience, including significant senior management experience in hospitality, resorts, lifestyle destinations or comparable customer-facing businesses.
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and commercial growth experience.
- Experience managing multiple revenue streams such as accommodation, F&B, events, wellness or leisure is highly desirable.
- Experience building or repositioning a hospitality or lifestyle destination is strongly preferred.
- Ability to build and empower management teams.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Resilience and adaptability.
- Innovative and opportunity-oriented.
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining appropriate escalation to the Group CEO.
