- Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality; MBA preferred
- 10+ years' hotel experience, 5+ years GM of a 4–5 star hotel
- Proven pre-opening, P&L and revenue-growth track record
- Strong leadership, guest-service and owner-reporting skills
- West African market experience is added advantage
