- Provide strategic leadership and oversee overall business operations.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead departmental heads, establish performance targets, and ensure accountability for results.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and effective resource management.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and business performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to strengthen market competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in the gaming or sports betting industry, including significant senior management experience.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, financial management, and leadership capabilities.
- Sound understanding of gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
