General Manager – Legal
Job description
- 1- Litigation management, court cases, commercial disputes, claims, recoveries, settlements, and dispute strategy
- 2- Reviewing and advising on high-value and high-risk contracts, including service agreements, subcontracts, EPC / industrial contracts, rental agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs, MOUs, amendments, and settlement agreements
- 3- Leading contract review frameworks, legal risk assessment, deviation sheets, contract negotiation support, and protection of the Company's commercial and legal position
- 4- Managing external counsel, reviewing pleadings, case strategies, legal notices, court submissions, expert reports, and settlement recommendations
- 5- Preparing management-level litigation reports, dispute dashboards, legal exposure summaries, and case-wise action plans for CEO / CFO / Board / senior management
