Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced, hands-on,result driven Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of our daily restaurant operations, drive revenue and maintain high service standard for our branches.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff, assign responsibilities and monitor employee performance to ensure seamless service delivery and work flow
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales target,manage labor cost ,control food wastage/inventory and analyse financial performance with each department in charge
- Coordinate with kitchen, service and other departments to ensure effective operations.
- Develop strategies, Coordinate promotional activities, cooporate bookings,and special event to expand the restaurant revenue streams
Requirements
- HND/ B.Sc in Hospitality management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4-5 years relevant experience in a senior role, management, preferably in the fast-food, restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration, Human Resource Management and people operations.
- Exceptional leadership,problem solving and interpersonal communication skill.
- Ability to work independently without supervision with high attention to detail and proactive management style.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
