General Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Formulate, implement, monitor and review business strategies within the Region. Communicate with other Directors in National, Regional and Corporate levels in result for coordinating business strategies. Hold profit and loss responsibility for all branches in the Region. Set up, monitor, review and improve operating procedures and KPIs for all departments. Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and improvements. Responsible for regular management reports and operational budget. Evaluate and implement required business tools for ensuring effective utilization for improving business process. Determine organization structure, roles and responsibilities and performance targets of respective functions in accordance with Global guidelines, whenever applicable.
