About the Role DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Implementation General Manager to lead new start-up operations within our Technology sector. This role provides strategic and operational leadership from initial start-up through transition into a fully operational environment. It requires General Manager level experience or Senior Operations Manager experience with full P&L ownership, along with start-up implementation success and strong customer-facing capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead the start-up and implementation of new operations, establishing processes, stabilizing performance, and supporting customer implementations.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership through the launch and transition to a fully operational warehouse.
• Own the site P&L and drive financial accountability.
• Develop and nurture a high-performing team and site culture; provide coaching and development.
• Build strong customer relationships, communicate effectively, manage expectations, and serve as a trusted operational partner.
• Manage cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and collaborate with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize Tier 1 WMS (Blue Yonder, Manhattan or comparable) and other technology to track inventory, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Lead vendor relationships, ensure cost-effective services, and manage the site under the commercial agreement.
• Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) to customers; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Travel approximately 80% to support customer implementations and ongoing operations.

What We're Looking For

• General Manager experience OR Senior Operations Manager experience with full P&L ownership.
• Proven full P&L management experience with demonstrated financial accountability.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• Experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL) and/or Contract Logistics preferred.
• Strong experience building and developing high-performing teams and a strong site culture.
• Experience with Tier 1 WMS solutions (Blue Yonder, Manhattan or comparable).
• Experience working directly with customers and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to travel approximately 80%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

• Experience leading start-up operations and new facility implementations.
• Experience supporting large-scale customer implementations.
• Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 – $155,000 per year.
