Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end business operations, including guest experience, revenue growth, cost control, team performance, compliance, and reporting to ownership. The candidate must be able to manage a hospitality property as a business, not merely supervise daily activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior manager.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and controlling costs.
- Experience leading and developing large teams.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and guest-relations skills.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and management reporting.
- Willingness to work in Lagos, Port Harcourt, or Ibadan.
