- Manage day-to-day store operations and drive operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate service to customers, while maintaining P&L accountability. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Effective communication skills
- P&L familiarity
