Job Summary

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Leads the floor presence, drives exceptional customer service, and actively resolves guest concerns.
• Team Leadership: Hires, trains, mentors, and manages both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure alignment with upscale casual expectations.
• Quality & Product Management: Collaborates with culinary and bar teams to guarantee consistency in food, beverage, and safety compliance.
• Financial & Operational Oversight: Directs P&L performance, labor controls, COGS, and daily restaurant execution while maintaining high brand standards.

General Manager Requirements:

• At least 3+ yrs as a General Manager in an upscale concept
• Proven Stability: Demonstrates a history of consistent, long-term employment with previous employers rather than frequent job changes.
• Career Consistency: Shows a strong commitment to past roles, reflecting reliability and stability in employment history.
