- Recruit, hire and develop people to drive a high-performance and engaged culture
- Be responsible for team performance by providing coaching, guidance and meaningful feedback to build capabilities
- Back strategies and processes with a customer-focused mindset to drive results, boost store sales and maximize efficiencies and productivity
- Represent the brand and understand the competitive and retail landscape
- Promote community involvement
- Adapt team priorities to meet needs of customers and business partners
- Provide frontline supervision to an operations, services or admin team

- Communicate clearly and directly expectations and provide feedback while listening to gain insights to deliver personal and business results
- Able to lead and motivate others to learn and grow through guidance and mentoring
- Able to organize and use skills to manage time and set priorities to handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment
- Able to guide the parameters to achieve or exceed business objectives
- Willingness to travel as needed
