Requirements

- 12–15 years of relevant experience in the gaming or sports betting industry, including senior management experience.
- Proven track record in business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Strong commercial, strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills.
- Sounds understanding of gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
