General Manager Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of General Manager experience Experience managing a group of 30 to 40 employees. Experience in a position that dealt with customers face-to-face Excellent communication skills Strong customer service orientation Strong work ethic and motivation Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills A valid state driver’s license
