About the Role We are seeking a meticulous, proactive General Ledger Accountant to manage month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role supports standard Operational Finance activities described in end-to-end transaction processes (Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report) and collaborates across departments. What You'll Do
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate close and review of journal entries.
- Ensure complete and compliant accounting records and preparation of financial statements and data analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial statements, tax audits, and transfer pricing-related tasks.
- Support internal audits and prepare related documentation.
- Participate in finance process optimization and system improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve day-to-day accounting and financial issues. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Meticulous, proactive, and strong analytical skills.
- Able to work within deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced company environment.
- Experience with month-end close, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Taipei.
