• Volt is immediately hiring for Day Shift General Laborers (12 hour shifts) in Greencastle, PA. Pay $20-$21 an hour!

• Weekly Pay Temp To Hire Great Company Culture

As a Production Worker/General Laborer you will:

• Remove finished stone products from molds

• Clean and prepare molds for production

• Remove excess material from molds

• Apply color, tint, and finishing touches to stone products

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

• Package finished products for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Assist in other production areas as needed

• This is a full-time, opportunity.

• Shift: Tues - Saturday 5:00AM to 5:30PM (Occasional Sun & Mon overtime)

• Training: 8-hours training shifts for the first two weeks

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, highly preferred.

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Manufacturing, construction, farming, landscaping, roofing, concrete, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

• Pay rate: $20.00 per hour

• *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
