Position Summary

The General Labor – Salvage Operations employee assists with salvage yard operations by preparing incoming equipment, removing parts from agricultural machinery, supporting inventory activities, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Salvage Equipment Processing
• Prepare incoming salvage equipment by draining fluids and removing batteries.
• Place equipment in designated yard locations according to company procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with agricultural equipment, farm machinery, automotive repair, salvage operations, or related industries.

• Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, or equipment maintenance is a plus.
