  • Search for jobs by title and optionally by state, city, or zip code
  • Open job details and click Apply; optionally import a résumé to accelerate data entry
  • Complete required sections (contact information, work experience, education, certificates/licenses, references, additional questions)
  • Upload attachments (résumé, driver’s license, certificates) as required by the employer; use Recent Uploads for previously uploaded files
  • Save progress as you go; use the Cancel button to discard changes since last save
  • Review and correct errors shown in the progress bar; proceed to Certify and Submit when ready
  • Check application status via Applications & Status and view job postings for details

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to follow the step-by-step application process on the Career Page
  • Willingness to provide required information: contact details, work experience, education, licenses/certificates, references, and supplemental questions
  • Comfort with uploading and managing attachments and using the progress tracker
  • Diligence to Save work frequently and verify correctness before submission

Nice to Have

  • Experience using the Import Résumé feature to pre-fill basic profile information
  • Familiarity with using the Recent Uploads area to access previously uploaded files
  • Knowledge that some fields and attachments may be required by the employer
