About the Role
Join Kier Group on the United Utilities Framework in the North West of England as a General Foreperson to oversee day-to-day construction operations on water and wastewater treatment works, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and managing teams, subcontractors and resources on-site.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations on water and wastewater treatment works
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of supervisors, work teams, and subcontractors on-site
- Interpret and implement project plans and drawings (where applicable)
- Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards
- Manage resources on-site and coordinate subcontractors and teams
- What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising construction operations and coordinating teams and subcontractors on-site
- Ability to interpret project plans and read drawings
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery
- Leadership and people management skills in a site-based environment
- Nice to Have
- Experience working on water and wastewater treatment projects (domain experience)
