About this role
The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) organization, to recruit a Part-Time General Dentist for its affiliated professional care team in Jackson, MS.
The organization specializes in restorative and exodontia procedures for pediatric and special needs patients performed under general anesthesia, offering a structured surgical setting focused on safe, high-quality care.
Schedule: Part-Time (1-2 Days per week) | No Call, Weekends or Holidays
What You’ll Do

Provide
-
general dental care in an ASC setting
-
Partner
-
with the surgical team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
-
Treat
-
approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
-
Collaborate
-
with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental
-
Assistants, and other team members
-
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
-
Licensed
-
Dentist with appropriate state licensure
-
Experience
-
working with pediatric patients
-
Current
-
BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS within 6 months of hire
-
National
-
Board certification strongly preferred
-
Ability
-
to practice across various anesthesia staffing models, including
-
Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred
